GW Classical Studies alumnus Adam LaFleche ‘14, quoted in the WSJ article attached here, was GW’s first Secondary School Latin Teaching Intern at the DCPS School Without Walls adjoining the GW campus.  Adam registered for his internship through a 3-credit Directed Project in Classical Studies.  His love for Latin and this internship led Adam into a full-time job immediately after graduation!  For further information on becoming a GW/SWW Latin Teaching Intern, please contact the Coordinator for Classical Studies, Prof. Elizabeth Fisher ([email protected]).
